HELP FOR HEROES EUROPEAN 4x4 RALLY 2010.
The Help for Heroes Charity is doing great work helping our soldiers and servicemen recover from mental and physical injuries sustained in their role protecting people.  Founded in October 2007 they have so far raised over £50 million, quite an achievement for a charity that came out of one couples desire to help. Their dedication and the worthiness of the cause has ensured they have many celebrities on board to keep their focus and ensure people and companies offer support
The money Help for Heroes raises goes to support members of the Armed Forces with their rehabilitation and the money raised is an indication of how much the public value their continued commitment to the cause.

Money has been raised in lots of ways, many very high profile; for instance £1.5 million was raised by selling a ride with the red arrows! And there have been large rugby and football matches featuring celebrities and famous sportsmen. The X factor have also got involved inviting servicemen onto the show and raising money by launching a charity single featuring all the X factor contestants with all the proceeds going to the charity.
The next high profile fundraiser is the HELP FOR HEROES EUROPEAN 4x4 RALLY 2010.

Cambrian Fuel Card Services, famous for their fuel card provision to companies, have pitched in by agreeing to be the official fuel sponsor of the rally which follows the path of the Allied Invasion of Europe.
The rally kicks off at Noon on Saturday 19th June 2010 in Wiltshire and travels 1650 miles in 10 days. The team will raise money before, after and during the trip with all proceeds going to the help for heroes appeal.
If you could manage a donation it would be appreciated, please go to http://www.justgiving.com/h4hrally2010 and give what you can. Each and every penny raised will go straight to the charity to help rehabilitate our armed forces personnel. They really need our help and you can go to the help for heroes website at http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ to see the history of the charity but most importantly see examples of the work they do and how their money is distributed to many worthy establishments. The money is fundamental to these organisations and I’m sure you will agree that the work they do is amazing and the whole of the UK thanks them for their efforts.
